Blending Operator

Organica (UK) Ltd. is a privately-owned company specialising in the production and supply of household laundry and cleaning products. Organica (UK) supplies multiple national and international customers with their own brands of laundry and cleaning products.

The company is looking for full-time Blending Operators to join our expanding team at our production site.

Experience required

Experience in handling chemicals
Experience of blending chemicals
Experience of working in a production environment
Supervision of personnel would be advantageous
Forklift license would be advantageous
Full training will be provided

Job role includes

Weighing and measuring of chemicals
Blending of chemicals in mixing tank
Checking of blended products to be within set specification
Maintaining necessary production records
Attention to detail and following instruction
Ensuring health and safety requirements are followed
Ensuring operating procedures are followed
Reporting to Blending Manager and Operations Manager

Working benefits

Working Hours: shift based as follows:
Monday – Saturday, 06:00 to 14:00; (Saturday to be worked when required); Monday – Friday, 14:00 to 22:00; Weekly rotation
£12.83 per hour
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
